Hi & thanks for visiting my site, my name is Keith Grant

I am a full-time professional insured  Yoga & Dance Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Stress Management trainer and NLP Master Practitioner based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

I offer expert personal instruction in the following areas:


Vinyasa/Power Yoga

 A dynamic and fluid, flowing method using a logical and intuitive linking of techniques to increase your strength, stamina, awareness and energy.

 Life Coaching

NLP skills for personal development and self improvement especially in the areas of health, lifestyle, career, and relationships. Particularly successful for weight loss, smoking cessation and dealing with phobic conditions.


Traditional Yoga breath control techniques to better manage your mind and mood. Excellent for coping with depressive or anxious states and panic attacks. Any respiratory complaints will benefit from improved breathing.

Dance movement

Enjoyable natural and non-technical movement approaches for self expression, catharsis and possibly performance.
